We enjoyed out stay in the spacious house. It was a little troublesome not having a garbage can in the kitchen, at least a bigger one. Overall, the place was very spacious and offered us a comfortable getaway.

The View House and property were beautiful, peaceful and serene! We had a couple of minor issues upon arrival that our wonderful hosts handled immediately. We were so grateful that they always provided clear and fast communication. The only unfortunate thing about our stay was that it went by way too fast! We eagerly look forward to visiting again soon.

This was the second time we stayed at Cabins On the ranch. The view house is so beautiful and does not disappoint. We had plenty of room for our family of 8 and did not feel like we were on top of each other and had plenty of privacy.

My family and I spent the thanksgiving holiday at The View House. Truly a breathtaking location. There was a bit of a drive from the touristy locations but, if you’re looking for a place to be one with nature, this is it.

The house was a good place to stay! We had plenty of room to spread out and great views. Beware there is no air conditioner (heater only) if you are planning on being there when it is at all warm during parts of the day. No type of breakfast provided either, which kills the spirit of Airbnb for me. Otherwise things were as pictured and comfortable.

Beautiful house with plenty of space for our family. It is a great place to get away and enjoy the Colorado mountain views. We saw elk and deer from the deck as well as the cattle and horses on the ranch.

Such a beautiful place, the views are incredible and hard to beat! The house is very spacious and the place is out in the middle of nowhere which was great to get away and not have any stress. Wifi worked great. The communication was fantastic and super friendly people. We will be back!

The pictures of this place dont do it justice. The house is huge and plenty of space for family time. The views from the back decks were amazing (worth getting up for sunrise!). No cell service however there is wifi which worked great. We already discussed staying again in the future!

This is the perfect home for a getaway or access to the marriage venue just a few miles away. Our daughter got married on May 30th in the afternoon and having a home this nice just a few miles away was terrific. Four bedrooms, three baths, laundry room, tons of parking, everything you need. And the view is spectacular! We truly enjoying winding down between events on the back porch overlooking the valley. Though you are away from it all you will have good Internet access to reconnect to the world if you feel the need. The View Home is a perfect getaway. Make sure you download Google Maps or something to help you navigate to the house. The first time can be a little tricky but not too bad, and yes CR33 is a dirt road. A big sign that says The View House will help guide you to a perfect home. The locals in the area are friendly and helpful as well if you get lost 🙂

This place is a hidden gem. Far exceeded my expectation. 360 Mountain View’s make it breath taking to just sit outside. Waking up drinking coffee as I watch deers, blue jays and cows just right outside is something else. Great place to have a peace and quiet with no neighbors to worry about. I definitely will be hosting family gathering there again.

Just WOW! Pictures do not do this Airbnb justice! Hands down the nicest and most spacious Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. If you are not used to driving in the mountains, I would suggest arriving during daylight hours! Other than that, this listing exceeded all my expectations! Thank you!

After year of not seeing my sister due to Covid, we picked this location as a place to get out of "Dodge" as she requested. The house fit the bill for our reunion of 7 people. The house was all one level and easy for my Senior Mother to get around. We loved the openess of the house and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. My teenage boys enjoyed the fact that they had their own beds and didn't have to share. We enjoyed watching the local deer and the cattle on the ranch. The house was easy to find and it's an easy drive to the town of Westcliffe. I would highly recommend the View House for those who have bigger groups.

This was our second stay in this gorgeous home! Even with snow all around, the house stayed warm and cozy. The peaks all around can be seen from every room, and we even got to enjoy a couple of beautiful starry nights! I managed to see some stars from inside one day! We stayed the first time with a full house, and the second with only our family. It was very comfortable both ways. The floor plan has room to spread out, while still feeling connected. We highly recommend this house!!

This house was awesome and the view is amazing. We spent a week here and cannot stop talking about how wonderful this trip was. The fresh air, peacefulness and wide open space really made this one of our best vacations. The house has every comfort of home you can think of. Jen was a wonderful and responsive host. Exceptional service, living quarters and amenities. Quick responses to messages or emails. It's a beautiful home with a gorgeous view!

This is an extremely inviting and accessible ranch style house located in the lower elevations of Wet Mountain Valley... meaning you won’t have to fight steep grades associated with some other higher elevation Westcliffe rentals during the winter season. It is well stocked and organized with large open rooms and plenty of space for the family to relax and take in the peaceful 360 view. Cole is an outstanding host with excellent communication and timely responsiveness. My only recommendation for making this wonderful retreat better would be to get fireplace operational for guest... although it did not detract from our stay. I would highly recommend this Westcliffe rental for families and especially those with accessibility challenges... you will not be disappointed.

Talk about being able to stay out in the peace and quiet of nature, nestled within ranch land and mountain range, with all the luxury of every day living. That's part of what the View House provided for us this past week. We were able to unplugged from the rat race of life and connect with the peace and quiet we all need from time to time. Thank you!

We had no idea what we were getting into going to Cotopaxi! However we were pleasantly surprised. The grandbabies loved the area. Their favorite part of the trip was the house. Even though we did ALOT of activities they loved being in the home with Lots of room and the beautiful decks and views. The beds were comfortable. Even tho there was weather that bame through and took the internet down for the stay, we made the most of it. It was kind of nice because no one was on their phones 24/7. Would love to see a little patio set outback to enjoy the beautiful views and sky's. Also the deer were beautiful. Having the ATV trails so close was an added bonus. We will definitely be back. Already planning our next trip. Cole was very responsive to our needs. It truly is a little piece of paradise

What a beautiful, spacious home! Everything was very clean which, being a housekeeper myself, I really appreciated! The beds were soft and comfortable. We were surrounded by beauty! The views of the Sangre De Cristo mountains were stunning! Behind the house was beautiful farm land with some smaller mountains! The home felt tucked away, but was only 15 minutes from the town of Westcliffe and only 40 minutes from Salida! I have nothing to complain about. We had a wonderful time!
