Need more room?: Consider also reserving the Aspen Grove Cottage located in front of the Aspen Grove Bungalow. Both units are on the lovely Aspen Grove grounds and share a large parking area. Cottage and Bungalow guests enjoy porch views from opposite sides of the property and have both reported enjoying the solitude and privacy they are seeking.
Check-In is at 4p and Check-Out at 11a.
Please Note: For stays 7 days or more a complimentary cleaning service will be offered weekly. This includes fresh towels, linens, and a light clean. Cottage guests will be granted access to the washer and dryer Monday-Tuesday and bungalow guests Wednesday-Thursday. These days are subject to change per access needs of the Aspen Grove cleaners.

For bookings made over a year out: A 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the stay. 90% of the deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled more than 14 days before the stay. If cancelled 14 days or less from the stay, there will be no refunds.

The space is clean, well-appointed with beautiful views albeit on the pricier side.
We stayed in one of the bungalows, this past weekend and it was Beautiful- New- Clean and so comfortable. The host is so organized with instructions, things to do in area and property policy. We were there for weekend to hike 14er's and the location was less than hour away from South Colony Lakes Trailhead- The location and surroundings around property were stunning- I couldn't give this property and host a high enough rating. They deserve 10 stars. Absolutely Awesome all around!
Everything about this house was perfect. It seems to be newly remodeled and they did an amazing job, the location is perfect, the hosts are very kind and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!
This was the perfect location for our long weekend get-a-way! The place was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. Had all the kitchen accessories we needed. Absolutely loved the creek going behind the bungalow. Could listen to it from our bedroom at night. Very quiet and peaceful place. Had no problems finding in the dark! Easy access to riding trails and towns close by. The scenery was awesome. Great communication from the owner. Our children had a blast. There was plenty of room to play outside and they loved watching the cows in the pasture. Would definitely recommend! Thank you so much for sharing your property with us!

Rooms were clean and cozy. Plenty of space & comfortable beds. Nice backyard for coffee on the porch with a little stream running through the back of the property. Very quiet & private - we enjoyed our stay!

This is a perfect location for anyone seeking a cozy, quiet and private setting. It's very convenient to the Willow Vale venue and other local areas of interest. The star-filled skies are amazing. The property is very private with great views offered on all sides. We were fortunate to see herds of elk with their young. A few deer were our closest neighbors during our stay.
The property is extremely clean, well kept and comfortable. There were the basic kitchen necessities to prepare meals. Suggest bringing everything needed for meal prep if that's the case as running out for a forgotten ingredient would take some time. The linens and bedding were of very good quality and quite comfortable. The layout worked perfectly for us with the open kitchen/living area. There is ample open outdoor space for activities and dining.
Given the extraordinary views and wildlife sightings, recommend bringing along binoculars or telescope if possible to take advantage of these.
This was our third stay on the property, and it was as perfect as ever. Spotlessly clean, well-furnished, and stylish. Perfect location with beautiful views, and the property is truly off the beaten trail. I'm a native Coloradan, and I think the Wet Mountain Valley is one of the state's true hidden gems: a little-known slice of authentic Colorado. Can't wait to return!

Great bungalow! It was located far enough off the road where it was very quiet! The views are amazing and looking at the stars at night is incredible! Everything was great in terms of the location and inside.

GREAT location - this property is far enough from town to be secluded, but close enough (15 min drive) to town for errands and meals. It is right on the base of the mountains and super close to trailheads. We stayed at the bungalow - it was super clean and has the right size for 2-4 people. It has a modern style (not a rustic cabin). Highly recommended if you are into hiking and fishing due to superb location. Communication with property manager was excellent throughout our stay. This is such a great place to stay. Beautiful location with a great view of the mountains. Beautiful drive to Westcliffe or Salida. The bungalow is quaint and was perfect for the two of us. Very relaxing and fun. Will be back!
The Bungalow at Cabins On The Ranch is a very nice, sparkly clean, efficient and attractive cabin that is ready for guests to enjoy inside and out. We enjoyed checking out Westcliffe, the Rainbow Trail, sunrises, the DARK sky which is very, very dark and the Royal Gorge, on the way back to Denver.
(BTW, there is a very fun, short, walking trail along the rim of the Royal Gorge with good views of the Arkansas River far below and The Bridge. For Free!)
We had a wonderful time staying in the little cabin on the ranch. It was incredibly relaxing to sit on the back deck watching the deer and the wind in the aspen. The cabin is in a beautiful, remote location that's also got easy access to Westcliffe and other towns nearby. The space was bright, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We can't recommend it enough!
Both the cottage and the bungalow were exceptionally nice. Spacious, well finished and comfortable furniture. Especially the beds, very nice. The elk and mule deer were close by and visible. And the views….stunning. The hosts were responsive and available for all of our questions. A great stay!!

This is truly the most magical place! Babbling brook surrounded by aspens, amazing views, grazing deer. We had such a peaceful stay. The house was super clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated. The host was very responsive and accommodating.
She found new batteries for the TV remote on a moments notice, which we ended up not using much since all we wanted to do was sit outside in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
Absolutely beautiful location. Great space and super clean, very well cared for place. We will definitely be going back and maybe do a big family vacation and rent both cottage and bungalow.

Breathtaking views. It is a small piece of heaven. Watching the wildlife and all the beauty of the nearby mountains make this place absolutely peaceful. And the inside of the bungalow was just as good. Comfy beds, comfy chairs, and soft towels.
We had a lovely stay at the cabins. What a beautiful setting- views of the mountains, the sound of the stream rushing by, the aspens in the breeze. We enjoyed sitting outside by the stream each morning and evening. The cabin had everything we needed for our family of 4. We kept talking about what a great find it was, and we hope to come back sometime.

This place is absolutely wonderful! The views in every direction are incredible and the creek is so restful. I could and did sit out there for hours. It is incredibly close to hiking, only a short drive up the road. The sunrise is gorgeous and I even bumped a herd of elk as I left one morning.
Tips: it can get bright in the main bedroom so if you are sensitive and want to sleep in, bring a mask. Be sure to bring your own oil, spices, sugar if you’re going to cook! Otherwise, you have everything you need for a perfect retreat.
We had the best time at Cabins On The Ranch. What amazing hosts, views and amenities! Our little family had the best time waking up to such a beautiful sunrise. We will book again in the future!
Nice little place. Very clean and simple. Nice place for the value, it is nicer than I thought it would be based on photos. Quiet and peaceful area as well. 15 minutes or so from town. Would recommend to others.
